United Mobile RV (UMRT) is a mobile RV service company. We don’t work out of a fixed shop; we come to your rig wherever it’s parked in Washington: a state park site on the coast, an RV resort outside Spokane, a storage lot in Pierce County, or your own driveway.
Washington is our only on-site service area right now, so every route day we run is here. Our strongest work is RV electrical (Victron, solar and lithium), Starlink, Peplink and weBoost connectivity, and straightforward diagnostics when something on the coach has quit.

What we do best
- Victron, solar and lithium power. United Mobile RV LLC is dealership-trained, 11+ years: a Victron Energy Certified Installer, a weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller, a Dometic Professional, and a Peplink Certified Associate. We design, install and troubleshoot inverter/chargers, MPPT solar controllers, battery monitors, GX/VRM monitoring and LiFePO4 battery banks. More on Victron systems.
- Connectivity. Starlink mounting and power, Peplink routers that fail over between cellular and Starlink, and weBoost boosters for weak-signal campsites. More on connectivity.
- RV diagnostics. Shore power faults, dead batteries, converters, 12V problems, appliances that won’t light, and the classic “it just stopped working.” See electrical and appliance repair and general RV repair.
- Remote support. Video and VRM sessions for Victron, power and network problems, so you can get help before we’re on your side of the state. See remote support.

How a visit works
- Call (425) 366-7446 or text (360) 663-5610 with your rig’s year, make and model, what’s going on, and where it’s parked. Photos help.
- We confirm a route day for your area. If it sounds like a settings problem, we may suggest a remote session first.
- On site, we diagnose first. You get the cause and a quote before any repair work starts.
- If the parts are on hand, we can often fix it the same visit. If parts have to be ordered, we schedule the return trip.

Pricing
On-site diagnostic visit: $175. Labor: $150/hr. The $175 diagnostic is a standalone fee for on-site troubleshooting. Every visit has a minimum: one hour of labor ($150) or the $175 diagnostic, depending on the job. $75 trip fee within 50 miles. Over 50 miles, $2.00/mile both ways. Parts and supplies vary per job. You’ll get a quote before any repair work starts. Flat-rate winterization is $175 for a travel trailer and $225 for a fifth wheel or motorhome. The details are on our pricing page.
Help before we get there
Not sure you need a visit? Start with remote support. A video or Victron VRM session can sort out a lot of settings problems on the spot, and if you do need us on site, we’ll already know which parts to bring.
What Washington does to an RV
West of the Cascades it’s water. Months of rain find every tired seam on a roof, around vents, clearance lights and slide toppers, and closed-up rigs collect condensation and mildew through the winter. Most of our Puget Sound, coast and peninsula calls start with a leak, a soft spot or a battery that drained in storage.
East of the mountains it’s heat, cold and distance. Spokane, the Tri-Cities, Yakima and Wenatchee see summer highs that push roof air conditioners and fridges hard, and winter freezes that split water lines in rigs that weren’t winterized. Long drives over Snoqualmie, Stevens and White passes load up brakes, tires and generators, and cell signal drops out on the passes and in the river valleys.
That’s why each regional page covers its own parks, weather and common repairs. If your town isn’t listed, text us; we probably drive past it.
OUR TOOL KIT
Our tool kit for Washington RVers
Products we’d actually point a Washington RVer toward for the problems we see across the state. Certified-brand gear first.
- Victron SmartShunt battery monitor: true state of charge, so you know whether storage is draining the batteries.
- Peplink MAX BR1 Pro 5G router, installed by us: a 5G router that fails over between cellular and Starlink.
- weBoost Drive Reach RV cell booster, installed by us: a booster for weak signal on the passes, the peninsula and the coast.
- Camco 25-ft heated drinking water hose: a heated drinking-water hose rated to -20°F, so you can stay hooked up through a cold snap without a frozen supply line.
- Dicor 501LSW self-leveling lap sealant: self-leveling lap sealant for vents and seams through the wet season.
- Progressive Industries EMS-PT30X portable surge protector: a portable surge protector and EMS for 30-amp rigs. It cuts power on high or low voltage, an open neutral or a miswired pedestal before that takes out a converter or air conditioner. A 50-amp version is on our recommended gear page.
We don’t have a verified link we’re happy with yet for dehumidifiers, tank heaters or RV antifreeze, so pick those up locally. More picks on our recommended gear page, and parts we carry in the United Mobile RV shop.

Frequently asked questions
Do you really cover all of Washington?
Washington is our whole on-site service area, but we can’t be everywhere on the same day. We run route days by region: Puget Sound, the Olympic Peninsula, the coast, Spokane, the Tri-Cities and the regions in between. Text your location and we’ll give you the next realistic date.
Will you come to my RV park or state park campsite?
Yes. We work at RV parks and resorts, state and county parks, storage lots and private driveways. Some parks want to know when an outside technician is coming, so please let the office know before your visit. Send us your site number when you book.
Are you a Victron dealer?
Yes. United Mobile RV LLC is dealership-trained, 11+ years: a Victron Energy Certified Installer, a weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller, a Dometic Professional, and a Peplink Certified Associate. We install new Victron systems, and we also troubleshoot systems someone else installed.
Can you set up Starlink and a router in my RV?
Yes. We mount and power Starlink, wire it into a Peplink router for automatic failover with cellular, and add a weBoost booster where a campsite has weak cell signal. See connectivity.
What does a visit cost?
$175 for the on-site diagnostic, a standalone fee separate from any repair. Labor is $150/hr. Every visit has a minimum: one hour of labor ($150) or the $175 diagnostic, depending on the job. $75 trip fee within 50 miles. Over 50 miles, $2.00/mile both ways. Parts and supplies vary per job. You get the quote before repair work starts.
Do you work outside Washington?
Not on site right now. Remote support works anywhere: video calls, Victron VRM sessions and network troubleshooting.
