Mobile RV Repair in Ocean Shores, WA

Ocean Shores and the North Beach towns are a year-round RV destination, for razor clam digs, beach driving, summer weekends and winter storm watching. The same salt air and wind that make it a good getaway are hard on an RV’s electrical system. United Mobile RV comes to your campsite, RV park or driveway in Ocean Shores, Ocean City, Copalis Beach, Pacific Beach and Moclips.

Our main work is power and connectivity (Victron, solar and lithium, Starlink, weBoost and Peplink), plus on-site diagnostics when a furnace, fridge or 12V circuit quits at the beach.

United Mobile RV LLC is dealership-trained with 11+ years: a Victron Energy Certified Installer, a weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller, a Dometic Professional, and a Peplink Certified Associate.

Campgrounds and RV parks on North Beach

We’re not affiliated with any of these. They’re common North Beach stays, and we’ll meet you at your site:

  • Ocean City State Park, just north of Ocean Shores. It’s open year-round and has 29 full-hookup sites among its campsites.
  • Ocean City RV Resort, a private full-hookup park on SR-109.
  • Pacific Beach State Park, right on the sand at Pacific Beach. Its RV sites have electric only, with no water or sewer at the site, and there’s a dump station with fresh water.

Ocean Shores doesn’t allow overnight camping or parking on the beach, so we’ll meet you at your park or driveway, not on the sand.

What we work on at North Beach

  • Salt corrosion. Battery terminals, chassis grounds, shore power plugs, solar connectors and slide motors all corrode here. Most intermittent faults at the coast trace back to one bad connection. We find it, clean or replace it, and protect it.
  • Electric-only sites. At Pacific Beach you get power but no water or sewer at the site, so tank monitors, water pumps and the house battery matter more. We make sure the 12V side holds up between dump runs.
  • Storm-season power. Winter storms bring outages and voltage swings. We check the converter or inverter/charger and transfer switch, and an EMS protects the coach. See our surge protector and EMS guide.
  • Starlink at the beach. Open sky over the ocean suits Starlink, and weBoost helps where cell signal is weak. A Peplink router switches between them. See connectivity.
  • Lithium and solar for gray winters. We size battery banks and charging for short winter days. See Victron systems and RV electrical.

Also on the coast

  • Generators. Onan, Generac and portable units: service, surging and no-start diagnosis for storm-season outages. See generator service.
  • LP gas. Leak testing and pressure checks on regulators, lines and appliances. See LP gas.
  • Roof leaks. Wind-driven rain finds tired roof seams and window seals. We use thermal imaging to find where water is getting in, then reseal or repair it. See roof and seals.
  • Pre-purchase inspections. For coach and trailer buyers on the coast. See pre-purchase inspections.

Seasonal notes

The busy times are summer weekends and razor clam digs. WDFW opens digs on set dates at Copalis (which includes Ocean Shores) and Mocrocks to the north, so campsites fill fast on dig days. Winter brings wind-driven rain and storms. The beaches stay open, but plan for wet connections and power blips.

While you’re here

  • Razor clam digs at Copalis and Mocrocks beaches, on dates WDFW announces. Check before you go.
  • Beach driving on designated hard-packed sand in Ocean Shores, at posted approaches and 25 mph.
  • Pacific Beach and Moclips, the quieter north end of North Beach.

You’ll get a quote before any repair work starts. The details are on our pricing page.

Help before we get there

If a storm knocks something out, call or text first. A remote support session can often get your power system back online, and if we need to come out, we’ll know what to bring.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I check connections if I keep my RV at the coast?

At least once a year, and after a stormy winter. Cleaning and protecting battery terminals, grounds and shore power plugs is much cheaper than chasing a fault later.

Can you come out on a razor clam weekend?

We try. Dig dates fill the campgrounds, so text early with your site number.

My power keeps cutting out at the park. Is it my rig or the pedestal?

We test both. A failing shore power plug, a transfer switch or a weak pedestal can all cause dropouts, and an EMS will log what’s happening.

Do you cover Pacific Beach and Moclips?

Yes, all of North Beach up SR-109 to Moclips.

Do you fix roof leaks?

Yes. We inspect the roof and seals with thermal imaging to find where water is actually getting in, then reseal or repair it properly.
