Mobile RV service in Lynnwood and Edmonds
Lynnwood sits where I-5 and I-405 meet, just north of the King County line, with Highway 99 running up its west side. Edmonds is a few miles west on the Sound, with the ferry to Kingston leaving from downtown. Between them are tight residential streets, HOA neighborhoods where an RV in the driveway gets noticed, and a handful of RV parks along Highway 99 that are home to long-stay rigs and people working in the Seattle area.
Getting a rig to a service bay from here means fighting I-5 traffic to a dealer that may be booked for weeks. We come to you. If you searched for mobile RV repair near me from Lynnwood, Edmonds or Mill Creek, we handle roof and window leaks, fridges, generators, furnaces, water heaters and dead batteries, plus power and connectivity work: lithium, solar and Victron systems, and Starlink, Peplink and weBoost.
United Mobile RV LLC is dealership-trained, 11+ years: a Victron Energy Certified Installer, a weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller, a Dometic Professional and a Peplink Certified Associate.

We’re not affiliated with any of these parks. They’re places local RVers stay, and we’ll meet you at your site where the park allows outside technicians:
- North Sound RV Park: in Lynnwood just east of Highway 99, with full-hookup sites for weekly and month-to-month stays. Most sites are 30-amp with some 50-amp, and the park has age and length limits, so call first.
- Twin Cedars RV Park: on Highway 99 in Lynnwood, open year-round with full-hookup sites.
- Lake Pleasant RV Park: on the Bothell-Everett Highway in Bothell, open year-round with 184 paved full-hookup sites and 30/50-amp service.
Most of our calls here are driveways and storage spaces. If you’re in an HOA or a tight street, tell us when you book and we’ll plan the visit around it.
RV life around Lynnwood and Edmonds: rain, tight driveways and long stays
The North Sound gets the same long wet season as Seattle, from fall through spring. Sealant around roof vents, the AC, clearance lights and windows dries out and cracks, and water gets into the walls quietly. Rigs parked under big firs and cedars collect needles on the roof, which hold water against the seams and clog gutters and slide toppers.
Many rigs here live in driveways and side yards, often plugged into a house outlet on an extension cord. That leads to low voltage, warm plugs and converters that never quite charge the batteries, and to batteries that slowly die over a wet winter. A proper inlet, the right cord, and a battery monitor fix most of it.
Long-stay rigs in the Highway 99 parks work hard: furnaces run for months, water heaters scale up, fridges run every day, and connections at the pedestal take a beating. Those are the calls we get most from park residents.
Cell coverage is strong in the I-5 corridor, so connectivity here is mostly about setting up Starlink and a Peplink router before a trip, or a weBoost booster for where you’re going rather than where you are.
RV repairs we do most around Lynnwood and Edmonds
The calls we get most from south Snohomish County:
- Water leaks, soft floors and delamination. West of the Cascades, water is the number one enemy of an RV. Failed sealant around roof vents, the AC, clearance lights and window frames lets water into the walls, and by the time you see a stain or a soft spot it has been leaking a while. We trace leaks, reseal, and use thermal imaging and moisture readings to map how far the damage goes. Needles and moss on the roof hold water against the seams, so we clean and check the whole roof, not just the spot you noticed. See roof and seals.
- Refrigerators. Absorption fridges that cool on propane but not electric (or the reverse), fridges that won’t light, cooling-unit failures, and residential fridges that shut off because the inverter or batteries can’t keep up. As a Dometic Professional we work on Dometic units every week, and we troubleshoot Norcold and residential fridges too. Fridges that quit in a long-stay park are a common call, and we can usually fix them at the site. See our Dometic fridge guide and electrical and appliance repair.
- 12V and shore power faults. Rigs running on a house extension cord see low voltage, warm plugs and converters that never finish charging. We trace dead outlets, tripping GFCIs, burnt shore power plugs, converters that stopped charging and parasitic draws that flatten batteries in storage. See RV electrical.
- LP gas, furnace and water heater. Furnaces that click but won’t light, water heaters that fault out, regulators that freeze up or leak, and LP detectors past their date. We leak-test and pressure-check before we call anything fixed. Furnaces run for months on end here; we clean, test and repair before the cold sets in. See LP gas.
- Generator service and repair. We service and repair Onan, Generac and Kohler RV generators: oil, filters and plugs, plus surging, no-start and shut-down-under-load problems. Gas units that sit for months often surge because old fuel varnishes the carburetor; running the generator under load about once a month helps. Generators that sat all winter in a driveway often surge or won’t start. See generator service.
- Victron, lithium and solar. As a Victron Energy Certified Installer we install and service MultiPlus inverter/chargers, SmartShunt monitors, Cerbo GX and VRM monitoring, DC-DC charging and solar. A lithium bank and a Victron charger make driveway storage easier and let you check the batteries from your phone. See Victron systems.
- Starlink, Peplink and weBoost. Mounting and powering Starlink, Peplink routers that fail over between Starlink and cellular, and weBoost boosters for weak signal. We set up Starlink, Peplink and weBoost before a trip so it works when you get to the dead zones. See connectivity.
How a mobile visit works
- Call, text or book online with the year, make and model, what the rig is doing, and where it’s parked around Lynnwood or Edmonds. Photos or a short video help.
- We ask a few questions first. Some problems are a setting or a tripped breaker, and we’ll tell you if a remote session can sort it out without a trip.
- If we need to come out, we set a day and a time window. Let the park office or storage facility know an outside technician is coming.
- On site we test before we replace: meter readings, load tests, and thermal imaging where it helps. You get a plain explanation and a quote before any repair starts.
- Most repairs are finished on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you what and how long, then come back to finish.

Lynnwood and Edmonds RV repair FAQ
Can you work on my RV in the driveway?
Yes. Most of our work here is in driveways and side yards. We need room to reach the problem area and, for many jobs, shore power.
Will you come to North Sound or Twin Cedars RV Park?
Yes, where the park allows outside technicians. Send your site number and let the office know we’re coming.
Is it OK to plug my RV into a house outlet?
For short periods with the right cord and a dedicated circuit it can be, but long extension cords and shared circuits cause low voltage and warm plugs. We can check what you have and tell you what’s safe.
I have a leak I can’t find. Can you find it without tearing the rig apart?
Usually, yes. Thermal imaging and moisture readings show where water is getting in and how far it has spread.
Do you cover Mill Creek and Bothell?
Yes. Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mill Creek and Bothell are on our North Sound route days. Mukilteo is on our Everett page.
