Labor rate: $150/hr, 1-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments.

Diagnostic/call-out fee: Quoted upfront before we ever head to your site — no surprise trip charges.

After-hours/emergency dispatch: Available depending on route timing; ask when you call.
